In the extrusion of Viton® or FKM beads, our standard is with a hardness of 70ºshA in black. Being able to do it also in white or blue under minimum order, these two colors are regulated to be in contact with food, complying with FDA. It is manufactured in an easily identifiable blue color which is of course synonymous with the food processing industries. The blue color makes it possible to clearly identify any contamination in the food, so even if a small particle gets into the food during the production process, you will know it quickly.

We manufacture EPDM cords by extrusion from 2 mm to 25 mm in diameter.

We also manufacture extruded spongy Viton® or FKM cords that resist from -15ºC to +200ºC. With a hardness of 25ºshA (0.80gr/cm³3) available from 1.2mm to 25mm in diameter. In Black, and White or Blue colors for the food industry (FDA).

The Viton® or FKM cord is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, oil, fuels, ozone and weather, lubricants and animal or vegetable oils. It is also resistant to acids and hot water.
